Esther Duffy

B.App.Sc. (Speech Pathology), M.S.P.A, C.P.S.P

Esther graduated from The University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honors). She is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia.

Esther has worked in private practices, as a sole therapist and in a range of schools. She has experience providing assessment and therapy for clients aged 0-20 years at schools, in a clinic setting and through Telehealth in a range of areas including speech, language, fluency, literacy and social communication. 

 

Esther has experience working with a range of clients including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Disorder & Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADD & ADHD), Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), Developmental Delays, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Global Developmental Disorder, rare genetic disorders and trauma.

 

She promotes collaboration with parents, teachers and other allied health professionals, such as Occupational Therapists (OT), Paediatricians and Clinical Psychologists in order to effectively meet a client’s goals. 

 

Esther is dedicated to providing individualised, evidence based intervention and is constantly seeking to further her knowledge through attending a range of professional development opportunities.
