Lauren Bassil

B.App.Sc (Speech Pathology), M.S.P.A.A, C.P.S.P

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney. She is a certified practising member of Speech pathology Association of Australia. 

 

Lauren has worked across a range of private practice clinics, daycare centres, preschools, schools and homes. She also has experience conducting assessment and therapy via telehealth. Lauren has experience assessing and providing treatment to clients aged 1-18 in a range of clinical areas including language, speech, fluency, literacy and pragmatics as well as with diagnoses such as Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability and Dyslexia. Lauren utilises a holistic and family-centred approach. She promotes collaboration with parents, teachers and other allied health professionals, such as Occupational Therapists (OT) and Clinical Psychologists in order to effectively meet a client’s goals. 

Lauren is dedicated to lifelong reflection and learning, actively seeking out professional development opportunities.
